Our mission is to provide accurate title evidence to you, as fast as possible, which will enable you to better serve your customers and grow your business. Through our production system, we are able to deliver a variety of services quickly and in formats which are easily utilized by you and your customers.
We are dedicated to customer service. We welcome continual feedback on our services and seek to foster a "partnership" with our customers, not just a vendor/vendee relationship. Our primary interest is helping you grow your business as a member of the Stewart family of agents.

It is our goal to assist our customers in their providing accurate title commitments, in a timely manner. We utilize state of the art software and highly trained professionals to achieve these goals. However, Jersey-Stewart provides abstracting and clerical services only. Jersey-Stewart does not perform core title services for its customers. Federal Law and Regulations provide that title agents must perform "core title services", as defined in the Federal Regulations, in order to be paid a commission by its underwriters for issuing title policies (See the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, "RESPA" Title 12, Chapter 27, Section 2601 et seq. of the United States Code and the regulations issued thereunder). In addition your agency agreements with underwriters also may obligate you to perform certain functions. The reports provided by Jersey-Stewart are not intended to be the core services required by RESPA or relieve your agency of any of its obligations under your agency agreement. Jersey-Stewart does, however, stand behind its work and is liable for the accuracy of the abstracts it provides, under the terms set forth in our report.
